Information on data protection for customers, suppliers and other interested parties

The processing of personal data in digitized form of customers, suppliers and other interested parties of the companies M.J. Additive Group, M.J. Additive GmbH and M.J. Additive (Asia) Co., Ltd., takes place centrally on the IT systems of M.J. Additive GmbH. In the following, we inform you about the processing of your personal data by:

 If you order deliveries or services from us, we process the data necessary for the provision of contractual services. This includes inventory data (names, business address and contact details) as well as contract, ordering and invoicing information for fulfilling our contractual obligations. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1) Letter b) GDPR of Germany and PDPA of Thailand. These data are processed by our competent in-house departments for the execution of the contract. The data stored by us will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and the deletion does not conflict with legal retention obligations. 

If we would like to inform you by telephone or email about our products and services, this takes place according to the requirements of Section 7 UWG [Gesetz gegen den unlauteren Wettbewerb = Unfair Competition Law] or with your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1) Letter a) GDPR. 

Data are forwarded to third parties only within the framework of the legal requirements. We shall pass these on if this is necessary, e.g., according to Art. 6(1) Letter b) GDPR for contractual purposes, if we are obligated to do so to comply with legal requirements according to Art. 6(1) Letter c) GDPR or if we have a legitimate interest in accordance with Art. 6(1) Letter f) GDPR in the economic and effective running of our business operations. This includes forwarding these data to our affiliated companies. 

Within the framework of contract processing under data protection law according to Art. 28 GDPR, for the operation and maintenance of our information technology systems we employ service providers who may possibly receive knowledge of your personal data in this context. We have therefore taken suitable legal, technical and organizational measures with the service providers in order to guarantee the protection of your personal data in accordance with the statutory regulations. Your personal data will not be transmitted to a third country or to an international organization. 

If we process your personal data, you are a data subject within the meaning of the General Data 

Protection Regulation (GDPR) and have the following rights: 

• Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), 

• Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), 

• Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), 

• Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), 

• Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), 

• Right to object against the processing (Art. 21 GDPR), 

You also have the right to submit a complaint to a data protection supervisory authority. In the case of a request for information that is not made in writing, please understand that in this case we may ask you for supporting documents to prove you are the person you say you are.
